Organisation and contact
"CYCLE Programme" is a programme aimed on strategic and organisational cooperation to develop, produce, qualify, install and operate the Ion Cyclotron Antenna system in ITER Project.
The programme is based upon:
- the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community (in particular Articles 7 and 10);
- the Agreement on the establishment of the ITER International Fusion Energy Organisation for the Joint Implementation of the ITER Project;
- the European Joint Undertaking for ITER and the development of fusion energy;
- the European Fusion Development Agreement.
The following Parties have formed a consortium within the CYCLE Programme:

- United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority, Culham, Euratom Association, UK
- CEA, Cadarache, Euratom Association, France
- Laboratory for Plasmaphysics, ERM-KMS, Euratom Association, Belgium

The CYCLE Programme is governed by the CYCLE Steering Committee.

Personal data protection
To maintain the web site, the logs of the server and the database are recorded. It is not the intention of the CYCLE Web Coordinator to use this information to keep track of legitimate users. Log data may be examined in the course of solving technical problems. IP addresses of users, derived either from those logs or from records in the database can be used to correlate usernames and network addresses of edits in investigating abuse, vandalism, harassment of other users, or disruption.
It is the policy of the CYCLE Web Coordinator that personally identifiable data collected in the server logs, or through records in the database may be released by the system administrators in the following situations:
- In response to a valid subpoena or other compulsory request from law enforcement.
- With permission of the affected user.
- To the chair of the CYCLE Web Coordinator, his legal counsel, or his designee, when necessary for investigation of abuse complaints.
- Where the dissemination of the information is necessary to illustrate or resolve technical issues.
- Where the user has been vandalising submissions or persistently behaving in a disruptive way.
- Where it is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of the CYCLE Web Coordinator or CYCLE Parties, its users or the public.
The CYCLE Web Coordinator policy does not permit public distribution of such information under any circumstances, except as described above.
The registered users can read the personal contact data of other registered users. The CYCLE Web Coordinator assumes no responsibility for the distribution of this contact data by users.
Data on users, such as the times at which submissions are edited and the number of edits they have made are available to other users.
The CYCLE Web Coordinator makes no guarantee against unauthorized access to any information users provide.
